All ages. Described by music critics as “velcro for kids”, Jeanie B! will bring her own brand of Kindie Rock to Palos Heights. Enjoy dancing, sing-a-longs and music that kids and parents love.

Superman Party

Ages preschool and up. Celebrate the Man of Steel with games, stories and more.

Animals for Awareness
Friday, June 21 at 1:30pm
All ages. Have you ever seen a kinkajou? The whole family can meet some exotic animals and learn about what makes a good pet. Bring a can of mixed veggies or mixed fruit to send home with the animals.

Have you tried out TumbleReadables? TumbleReadables is an online collection of read-along titles for elementary, middle school, and high school students which features adjustable online text and complete audio narration. Sentences are highlighted as they are being read and the pages turn automatically. Homework Help Illinois and Shmoop

Help your kids get a jump start on studying with Homework Help Illinois and Shmoop Test Prep.

Homework Help Illinois is an online tutoring service provided by Tutor.com. Students are able to log on daily between 2pm and 9pm to connect with an expert tutor in a variety of subjects, including K-12 studies, introductory-level college courses and adult learners. You can access Homework Help Illinois through the Online Databases page on our website.

Shmoop provides online ACT and SAT test prep and is free to Palos Heights card holders. You can create an account by visiting www.shmoop.com/signup/palos-heights and entering your library card number.

Museum Adventure Pass

The Macy's Museum Adventure Pass program provides free admission to 17 unique cultural destinations throughout the Chicago area to library card holders at over 140 suburban public libraries. A limited number of passes are available for each organization and are available on a first-come, first served basis. Admission offers vary per museum.
