The Friends of the Palos Heights Library are completing another successful year and would like to thank you for your past support! We hope that you will join us in adding to library programs, materials and equipment. Mission of the Friends of the Palos Heights Public Library
Who are the Friends? Friends of the Palos Heights Library is a volunteer group that is part of a larger network, Friends of Illinois Libraries (FOIL), the state organization. The network extends nationwide with Friends of Libraries USA (FOLUSA).
The Friends participate in many activities during the year, including:
Friends of the Library focuses their fundraising on programs which are low in labor requirements.
We hope you will celebrate our 63rd Anniversary of the Library by joining the Friends in 2007-2008. We meet bi-monthly and would love to see you at a meeting. The membership year is May to May. Single membership is $5, families are $10. Those who join by June 30 are entitled to the book sale preview in August. If you haven't joined us yet, click on the form below and mail or bring it to us, along with your membership donation. All donations go directly toward support of the Palos Heights Public Library.
