PALOS HEIGHTS PUBLIC LIBRARY
SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES
December 5, 2011

Call to Order:
President Beverly Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. in the Library, 12501 S. 71st Avenue, Palos Heights, Illinois.  Present were Trustees: Julie Lawler, Patricia Muller, Bill Poore, Marianne Orr, Frank Petrosino.  Also present was Administrative Librarian, Elaine Savage. 
Trustee Barista and Trustee Roscich were absent.

New Business:
Trustee Poore moved and Trustee Lawler seconded to go into Executive Session for the purpose of imminent litigation.

Adjournment:
Trustee Stanciak moved and Trustee Petrosino seconded to adjourn the regular meeting.  On a voice vote, the motion passed and the meeting was adjourned at 7:43 pm
